If there is one thing I love, it is my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system. It is not top of the line or the most new system or anything like that. The cold air is able to reach all of the way to the other end of the house. The same goes for my house in the winter time, but no one room is warmer than the other room. Everywhere you go in my house, it is warm. My central boiler does this well for me. The next best part is the added radiant flooring. It is the best thing that I own, however radiant flooring makes the house feel much more comfortable. I can step out of the shower plus feel relief from the sizzling floors. Even when I step out of bed in the day my feet feel the warmth of the floor. There is never a time where my house feels less than sufficient.
