I recently went on a trip for school.
It was across the ocean to a brand modern country.
I was not regular with the language or the social norms. I was not used to how they live their life on a biweekly basis. Everything was so different. Even the hotel my wonderful friend and I stayed in was a little different. I noticed this mostly with the thermostat they had in the kitchen of the hotel. This thermostat was in degrees celsius as well as not in degrees fahrenheit like I had been sued too. I had no idea what temperatures would be wonderful to cool a room as well as which ones would be wonderful to heat a room. I knew my desired temperature for both at home. I needed to find a way to find the equivalent. I truly had to look up a calculation. When I figured out my favorite setting in degrees celsius, I could change the thermostat. However, my wonderful friend and I let it run as well as it was not feeling like I had felt at home. I absolutely had to change it around a couple of times to figure it out. I moved the temperature up 2 degree as well as then down 2 degrees. Eventually I had found a favorite temperature right on the thermostat. IT was absolutely strange that the temperature did not equal the first time. The Heating, Ventilation, as well as A/C system could be a little older. Maybe it was not running as well as well as so the temperature settings were a little different. The next time you choose to go to a weird country be aware of this. Not everything is universal as well as you may need to figure out the thermostat.
