My First Job and HVAC Troubles

My First Job and HVAC Troubles

My first job was quite the experience.

At the age of sixteen, my parents decided that it was time for me to get a job outside the condo in order to prepare me physically and financially for university.

I readily agreed since I had been wanting to start working anyways. I applied at several different sites, and several of them accepted my applications. I chose to labor at a local pizzeria simply because they paid the most. It was certainly an superb experience. I started working in December, and I didn’t certainly have any complications or complaints. It wasn’t until August that my co-workers and I noticed a complication with the thermostat. It was August, so the weather was pretty warm, and the dining room was simply getting too hot. My neighbor and I both tried to turn down the thermostat, however it did nothing. The temperature reMEd the same. We asked another co-worker to check it out because my pal and I knew he had some experience with HVAC. He couldn’t figure out what was wrong, although he was able to call our supervisor, and she came over to check it out, and by the time she got there, it felt like an oven in the dining room. Our supervisor was appalled by how unbearably hot it was in the dining room. She had an HVAC company at the shop within one hour. Thankfully, the HVAC company was able replace the thermostat and repair the problem; Our supervisor apologized for the trouble my pal and I went through and promised it would never happen again. I will never forget that first August at the pizzeria and just how hot it was.
