Let’s just say that I no longer will be using a propane fireplace.
I bought it a few years ago, and I used it for the past two winters.
It truthfully did a great task of heating the downstairs of my house. It was entirely nice having some extra heat, especially while in the entirely cold winter time months that my friend and I have around here. It gets down below zero degrees quite a bit, and sometimes, my heating system has trouble keeping my apartment nice and warm. I absolutely would have said that I appreciated my propane fireplace if you would have asked me just a few weeks ago. I only used it while I was at apartment because I was upset that it would catch my apartment on fire whenever I left. There were only a few times when I left the apartment and forgot to turn it off. My friends used to make fun of me for being upset about my fireplace catching my apartment on fire. I don’t feel they will ever make fun of me again because my fireplace absolutely did catch my apartment on fire a couple of weeks ago. I had a fake plant next to my fireplace, and it fell into the flames and caught on fire. The fire traveled down the plant and caught the rug near it on fire. It was so alarming. Thankfully, I was home, so I caught it rather quickly. I was able to put it out, even though I will legitimately never use that fireplace again, after I put the fireplace out, I text the two friends that made fun of me for being afraid of my fireplace catching the apartment on fire, and I told them what had happened.
