Camping without AC

Camping without AC

My best friend, Maggie, and I prefer anything that has to do with being out on the water. Boats, jet skis, canoes, and kayaks are among our preferreds. Since both of us are single, my pal and I travel all over the glob finding the best sites to be out on the water. Summertime is certainly our busiest time at work, and my pal and I aren’t able to travel during that time. To hold us over until fall, Maggie and I take kayaking trips in the lakes near our home, and just about every weekend my pal and I travel to the lake, and my pal and I spend two days exploring in our kayaks. We find a place to camp along the shore and stay the night in the attractive outdoors. I certainly prefer the camping, however there is one thing that drives me insane. It’s genuinely difficult to sleep when it’s so hot out. I am used to sleeping in a nice air conditioned room, however when you’re outside in the middle of the forest, there’s certainly no way to stay cool. One time, Maggie got so frustrated with the heat, that she bought a small generator to bring and plug her portable A/C device into. Of course, my pal and I couldn’t bring the A/C and generator in a kayak, so my pal and I ended up renting a boat instead. We had a superb time, and the tent was nice and cool that night, however it wasn’t something that my pal and I could do every weekend, and Maggie knew it. Since then, my pal and I have been in search for a property along the lake that my pal and I could rent, however my pal and I have not had any fortune yet because none of them seem to have any sort of A/C in them. Until my pal and I find one, I think my pal and I will have to learn to live without our scarce air conditioning.
