I have been a part of a company for several years now, it is tplot that I have the most seniority within my location, many people answer to me.

I have a big responsibility in this part of my corporation. I love it. I get to control several things. I get to have things my way, that being said I am unquestionably successful at what I do… One of the things I appreciate to control is the thermostat. I am allowed to leave it at any temperature I please.If I am feeling cold I can make it warmer. If I am feeling warm I can make it cooler. I get to be comfortable all of the time, however unluckyly, everyone else has to live with it. I do not take requests. If I make an exception to someone, I have to do it for everyone; We all know that is nearly impossible to do. I am in charge of the Heating plus A/C system so I make sure to get regular tune ups on it. I would hate to be the lady that everyone hates because the Heating plus A/C system is never taken care of. I know that if it does not get regular tune ups, it may affect everyone in the office around me. The heating plus cooling temperature have a big impact on how well people perform doing their job. I believe that is why I am so successful. I get to be comfortable all of the time. Make sure you take care of your system to be comfortable at all times too.
