I am the cookie monster.
- I prefer just about every kind of cookie, and if I could eat them for every meal without damaging my health, I would.
I don’t mind store purchased cookies, but they never seem to compare to fresh homemade ones. I didn’t have an oven for over two years because ours broke, and my associate and I didn’t have the finances to purchase a current one at the time. Three months ago, my hubby purchased me an oven and surprised me with it on my birthday. It was absolutely the best gift I’ve ever gotten for my birthday. Since I got the oven, I have been baking cookies just about everyday. There are only four people in our family, so my associate and I can’t possibly eat all the cookies that I make, so my associate and I take them to our neighbors. I prefer cookies, so I prefer baking, but baking in my little kitchen often is absolutely discouraging because it gets quite warm. I typically have fans blowing the moderate air outside and other fans blowing into the kitech to try and keep the room cool enough, but it just doesn’t work. I told my hubby about it, and she said she would look into getting me a small AC that would fit in the window of our little kitchen. She came property from work that night with an AC in one arm and ingredients for more cookies in the other. She installed the AC unit, and now the kitchen stays cool no matter how long I bake for. I am so cheerful that I can do all my baking and be comfortable at the same time.
