This year has been the craziest year yet for the weather. The temperatures have been so off. It all started last Spring. It started to warm up earlier than usual. It was in the sixties by the first week of March, and it just got warmer and warmer from then on. Usually, it is not that warm until the middle or end of April. The summer was extremely hot and dry. It was almost the polar opposite of last summer when it came to rainfall. Last year, it was super wet and rainy almost the entire summer. This year, it only rained a handful of times. It is now November, and we still have to use our air conditioner most days. I do not think that we have ever used our air conditioner in November before. My husband and I are completely taken off guard by all of the crazy heat. I can remember a couple years ago when I had to turn the heat on during the first week of November, and now, we are over here using our air conditioner. I am really hoping that it cools down soon. I would not mind if it did not get super cold, but I do not like eighty-five degree weather in November. It is just too hot for this season. We have broken so many records this year for the weather that my husband and I do not know what to expect. I am not sure that anything would surprise us at this point. The only nice thing about the warm weather is the fact that we can still swim in our outdoor pool! That’s pretty neat.
