How does one handle a afternoon where there is so much to do, however you have no motivation to do any of it? This was me last week, then i wanted to just lay in bed all afternoon. I woke up knowing how much I had to get done plus I wanted to go to bed just thinking about it. I did not want to start the afternoon at all! The worst part about it was having unexpected things come up that you have to take care of too. The Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system starting putting hot air into my home rather than cool air. I was not having that since I had so much to do. I turned the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system off using the thermostat. I opened all of the windows to let in a breeze. I did not have time to deal with it. I went back to doing my work. It became so sizzling in the home that I had to call an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professional. I was starting to panic that I was not going to be able to get anything done. The work I needed to finish was not getting done at all. The Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professional showed up plus he was talking to me, of course I did not want to be rude, and he looked at the problem plus then talked to me some more. He fixed the problem plus kept on talking to me. I just wanted to be left alone. He did not make the afternoon any better for me. He did repair the a/c which I was gleeful about. The cool air felt nice with my frustration.
