I have been a part of a supplier for many years now, but it is true that I have the most seniority within my location; Many people answer to me.
Many people look to me for advice. I have a massive responsibility in this part of my corporation. I love it. I get to control many things. I get to have things my way, and that being said I am absolutely successful at what I do. One of the things I love to control is the control unit. I am allowed to leave it at any temperature I please.If I am feeling frigid I can make it warmer. If I am feeling warm I can make it cooler. I get to be comfortable all of the time, then unfortunately, most people else has to live with it. I do not take requests. If I make an exception to someone, I have to do it for most people. My pal and I all know that is nearly impossible to do. I am in charge of the Heating and Air Conditioning system so I make sure to get official tune ups on it. I would hate to be the guy that most people hates because the Heating and Air Conditioning system is never taken care of. I know that if it does not get official tune ups, it may affect most people in the office around me. The heating plus cooling temperature have a crucial impact on how well people perform doing their task. I suppose that is why I am so successful. I get to be comfortable all of the time. Make sure you take care of your system to be comfortable at all times too.
